Taylor completed three years of a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology at the University of Saskatchewan before being admitted to the College of Law. She received her Juris Doctor in 2021.
During law school, Taylor demonstrated a strong commitment to legal and community service. She served on the executive board of the IndigenousLaw Students’ Association, participated in the Kawaskimhon Aboriginal Rights Moot in 2020, and volunteered with Pro Bono Students Canada and the Indigenous Youth Outreach Program. These experiences reflect her dedication to promoting equitable access to justice and supporting underserved communities.
Taylor joined the firm following her articles with the Provincial Court of Saskatchewan under the mentorship of the Honourable Judge Lua E. Gibb. She was called to the bar in June 2022 and has a particular interest in child protection and criminal defence. Taylor is a member of the Counsel for Children lawyers’ roster, representing children and youth in care with dedication and advocacy.
